PWS does not accept responsibility for any losses or damage during transit or during the restringing process.  The customer understands that when sending their goods to PWS, this is at the customers own cost and risk and they should use a reputable courier and appropriate insurance and packaging.  When posting goods back to the customer, PWS will use a reputable courier and appropriate insurance and packaging.  When posting or dropping off goods, the customer must clearly label their items including name, address and order number.  The PWS Pick Up and Return service is currently only available in the specified postcodes (CR, KT, RH, SM & SW).
