How our restringing service works

​

1) Choose your string and specify your desired tension.  If you are not sure what tension you would like, enter recommended and we will select the appropriate tension depending on the make and model of your racket.

2) Add your chosen string to the basket, selecting your desired colour if applicable.

3) Select your delivery/collection method at checkout.  There are 3 options to choose from

a) Drop off and Collect - you can drop off your racket/s to us at the CR5 address emailed to you with your order confirmation.  We will contact you when your racket/s have been restrung for you to come and collect at the same address.  We aim to process these orders within 48hrs.  Please select the Customer Drop off and Collect option at checkout.  There is no additional charge for this service.

b) Pick Up and Return - we can collect and return your racket/s at a convenient address (we currently cover the following postcode areas only; CR, KT, RH, SM & SW).  We aim to process these orders within 48hrs.  Please select the PWS Pick Up and Return option at checkout.  There is an additional charge of £10 for this service payable at checkout.

c) Postal - post your racket/s to the CR5 address specified in your order confirmation email.  Be sure to include your name, order no. and address with the racket.  You are responsible for sending your items to us and at your cost.  We recommend you use a reputable service which offers insurance as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or damaged items .  We will return your goods to you using Royal Mail Special Delivery or equivalent courier service.  Racket/s will be returned bubble wrapped in a specially sized racket box which you can re-use when we fulfill your next restring.  Please select the Postal Service option at checkout.  There is an additional charge of £5 for this return service payable at checkout.  Please note this service will also incur an additional charge to send the items to PWS.  This is to be arranged and paid by the customer.
